Responsibility :
1- Studying the specification of material as per the contract
2- preparing comparison sheets for the different suppliers
3- preparing the material submittal to submit to the consultant
Coordinate engineer
Responsibility :
1- following up the different departments ' technical, procurement, execution, etc '
2- following up with site progress
3- making reports & compare it with the project plan
4- making the technical submittal & discuss it with the consultant & the representative of the client
Quantity surveyor & Cost controller
Responsibility :
1- Remeasured all items quantities as per the drawings
2-making the actual bill of quantities
3- submitting the invoices to the consultant
4- preparing extra & saving tables, and making the variation orders
5- making break down for the activities to determine the price of applying & the cost of materials
6- making the contracts & invoices to the sub contractors
7- making monthly reports to compare the costs with the revenues
