Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and address any issues that may arise. Resource Management: Allocate human, material, and financial resources necessary for project completion, optimizing the utilization of available resources. Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress, identify deviations from the initial plan, and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations and activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Team Management: Lead and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and construction processes to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements. Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect workers, visitors, and the public, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards or violations promptly.
Design and supervision of sanitation projects: Design and oversee the implementation of sanitation projects, including sewer networks, wastewater treatment plants, stormwater drainage systems, etc. Hydraulic studies: Conduct hydraulic studies to assess sanitation needs, analyze wastewater and stormwater flows, and propose effective solutions for water management. Management of sanitation networks: Manage sanitation networks by monitoring their operation, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repair operations. Analysis of hydraulic data: Analyze hydraulic data using specialized software to model the behavior of sanitation networks, predict flows and water levels, and identify flood risk areas. Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance of sanitation projects with relevant standards and regulations, particularly regarding water quality, environmental protection, and public health. Internal coordination: Collaborate with various departments within the ONA, including engineering, planning, maintenance, and risk management teams, to ensure an integrated approach to sanitation management. External relations: Maintain relationships with local authorities, government partners, and civil society organizations involved in sanitation, and represent the ONA at meetings and conferences. Reporting and documentation: Prepare technical reports and summary documents to document activities, results, and recommendations related to sanitation. Monitoring and evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented sanitation projects by tracking performance indicators, collecting feedback, and proposing adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Construction monitoring: Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards within military infrastructure projects. Coordination with contractors: Coordinate with construction contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks while adhering to military regulations and security protocols. Quality assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes, conducting inspections and tests as necessary to ensure compliance with military standards. Progress tracking: Monitor the progress of construction projects, including tracking work schedules, material deliveries, and resource allocation, and provide regular updates to project managers and military authorities.
Hydraulic network design: Design and size water distribution networks and sanitation networks based on the needs of the served population and technical constraints. Hydraulic studies: Conduct hydraulic studies to assess water resources, analyze distribution flows and discharge rates, and propose effective solutions to improve water management. Management of hydraulic infrastructure: Supervise the construction, maintenance, and operation of hydraulic infrastructure, such as pumping stations, reservoirs, and piping networks, to ensure continuous and quality water supply. Optimization of networks: Analyze the performance of existing hydraulic networks and propose improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce water losses, using hydraulic modeling tools. Water quality control: Monitor the quality of drinking water at various stages of the distribution process, conducting physicochemical and microbiological analyses and taking corrective measures if necessary to ensure compliance with health standards.
