• Ensuring the appropriate controls are operational in order to maintain the quality and integrity of financial information, ensuring consistency of the whole process.
• Performing analysis of balance sheet accounts to identify accounting discrepancies and provide input on resolutions
• Register all invoices, taxes and payments using the proper modules.
• Prepare and maintain all required files of the processing of invoices Organize and maintain the appropriate filing (Hardcopy / Softcopy) of all accounting closure print outs.
• Issue reports on monthly basis / Assist in month end closing.
• Make reconciliations of vendor statements, research and make corrections of discrepancies; Give help in month end closing.
• Manage the entire Accounts Payable/Receivable process.
• Manage the Accounts Payable/Receivable ledger to ensure they are not exceeding the payment terms.
• Provide accounting assistance to high level managers and operations staff.
• Monitor spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.
• Actualize P&L and cash flow to budget
• Special analysis as needed by the management, auditors, fiscal advisor
• Preparing actual and forecasted cash projections reports on timely basis. - Professionally & efficiently communicating with banks and follow up on LGs and facilities. - Monitoring and ensuring efficient petty cash management and on time settlements. - Ensuring all bank and petty cash accounts are accurately and timely maintained.
• Performing monthly closing and revenue analysis. - Coaching subordinates & recommend training plans. - Reporting to the Head of Finance with progress

1. Responsible for all branches sales reports & cashbook.
2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions (BSP-shaheen air-nas air)
3. Updating all ticket stocks.
4. Adjusting entries for sales and staff ADM&ACM etc.
5. Following up with staff pending.
6. Downloading BSP files from web site & uploading to system.
7. Making BSP payment.
8. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
9. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
