Correlate the experimentation with the simulation results in collaboration with suppliers.
Responsible for new methods development and work closely with software suppliers to
ensure continuous development stream in fast changing environment.
Creating prototypes, testing of attributes and coordinating with other team members in
accomplishing overall objectives.
Lead the technical expertise to assist teams and train new starters and offshore resources.
Manage and commit to deliver CFD budget and simulation time as planned.
Participate in the graduate scheme

Build internal network to fully participate in delivering projects.
Enhance CFD skills in modelling full project s.
Develop new methods to improve geometry preparation and modelling time
Perform the preparation of the CAD data and the mesh.
Propose solution and design changes to implement n vehicle programs
Carry out new methods of simulation within Star-CCM+ and PowerFLOW.
* Use of new CFD package Star-CCM+
* Develop the use of Star-Design
* Model situation relevant to flow in exhaust system.
* Communicate and train the staff on the new software.
* Develop methods of modelling exhaust Gas in pipes.
* Correlate the physical tests with the predicted results.
* Write the report and Guideline to the group on the use of Star-CCM+ and Star-Design.
Assist principal teachers in spotting the difficulties of students.
Plan specific courses for students to help them in their work.
Discuss new methods to develop tools to spot faster the student difficulties.
Adapt mathematics and physics, English, and French exercises to facilitate student's
understanding.
Plan weekly meetings with students and parents to discuss solutions for students.
