- Ensure a complete follow-up of customers in the sector (monitoring of work, recovery) and machine guarantees.
- Follow-up of receivables.
- Inspect CATERPILLAR machines in the Eastern region.
- Develop with customers, the sale and promotion of after-sales services and products.
- Regularly visit customers in the sector in order to propose appropriate after-sales offers.
- Develop quotes and after-sales proposals.
- Ensure a complete follow-up of customers in the sector (monitoring of work, recovery) and machine guarantees.
- Promote all products and services to customers.
- Follow-up of receivables.

- Receive calls and visits from customers to meet the need for service and spare parts.
- Establish proposals and quotes parts and service.
- Permanently coordinate the activity of technicians by assigning them to customers according to emergencies, their competence and their location.
- Administer the files on system: creation, launch, order of spare parts of convenience stores, external suppliers, mission orders, expense reports, closing, invoicing.
- Follow-up of receivables.
- Be informed daily of the progress of the workshop work.
- Transmit the files of warranty claims to the services concerned in HQ.
- Ensures customer satisfaction.
- Management and control of the on-board documents of all equipment (bitumen fleet, diesel oil refuellers fleet of transfer trucks ...).
- Management workshop repairs and maintenance of trucks, Machines.
- Management of consumables (spare parts, tires, diesel oil, lubricant, and others).
- Follow-up maintenance and movement of machines and trucks.
- Follow-up maintenance and movement of machinery, equipment and trucks.
- Monitoring and management of the bitumen and aggregate transport fleet.
- Material follow-up in warranty.
