• Provide consultation and support for Ejadas customers across Governmental, Banking, and
Aviation sectors in Saudi Arabia by deploying, administering, and optimizing cloud environments
• Design, Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise monitoring platforms to enhance service
observability, proactively identify issues, and support operational stability.
• Perform advanced Linux administration tasks, including patching, troubleshooting, performance
tuning, and security hardening in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Service Delivery Managers
(SDMs) to design and refine operational processes, ensuring alignment with business and
compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to team knowledge
sharing by documenting technical actions, lessons learned, and best practices.

• Provide technical support to VMware customers to resolve issues relating to system operations, faults.
• Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone, E-mail, Zoom, and Webex.
• Diagnoses the software, hardware, and environment/infrastructure issues.
• Provide Fault cause analysis for resolved issues at the customers requests.
• Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for the Knowledge Base.

• Provide consultation to Customers & Stakeholders by understanding & fulfilling their upgrades
requirements, while communicating with Architects, Quality Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Responsible for owning/providing Proactive Support by driving VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
implementation and upgrades at a large scale.
• Implement SW Development & Engineering Practices to Cloud & Infrastructure Operations in
Agile & Iterative approaches.
• Automate Operation Tasks, manage Production Systems at scale & Solve Problems.
• Develop & maintain clear, effective & up-to-date Service Operations.
• Identify, gather, analyze, and automate responses to key performance metrics, logs & alerts.
• Design, plan, and implement integration of extensible services and platforms.
• Work closely with Development teams, multiple R&D Engineering Organization & several Cross
Functional teams in WWCC to automate, drive innovation in Product Delivery & Upgrades.

• Provide Support to VMware Cloud Foundation Customer and RCA.
• Communicate with Engineering team and report SW bugs Using PR.
• Create KBs (Knowledge Base) for undocumented Issues.
• Engage with colleagues to resolve complex issues.
