1. Review and approve shop drawings for construction projects.
2. Receipt and adoption of all electrical works in all stages of implementation of the projects
to final delivery.
3. Receipt of business extensions for lighting circuits in accordance with the shop drawings
and technical specifications.
4. Receipt of the works of fire alarm systems, IP system, BMS systems, audio& video display
devices and computerized data exits.
5. Receipt of the works to extend the low voltage cables inside and outside the buildings.
6. Receipt for the main and public distribution boards for work projects and performing its
electrical tests along with its balance loads.
7. Receipt of the Ground-General system for the buildings, lightning rod system and
grounding of distribution boards.
8. Preparing all the technical documents required for projects as follows:
 Study and review plans and inventory bidding design for the pricing of electric
 Business operations offered for tenders for the work of indicative assays of the projects.
 Study and inventory of electrical items and matching between BOQ and design drawings.
 Review of electrical drawings in accordance with any other business involved (civil
works - Architectural works - Mechanical works - .....), and in accordance with the technical
specifications of the contract.
 Review of harmonic updated charts (in case of any emergency amendment to the business
during the period of implementation of the project).
 Prepare and review of technical listing of items of current and final electrical items.
 Preparation of engineering assays (BOQ) for additional work (assigned during the project
period).
 Preparation of change orders and transfers of any emergency changes to the project.
