• Drive the Institute’s QA strategy and ensure that quality is achieved across all departments of the Institute.
• Establish and implement an annual operating plan for all departments that supports the strategic goals of the institute and Royal Commission.
• Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with relevant consultancy agencies, accreditation bodies and concerned stakeholders.
• Advise on the initiation, evaluation, and improvement of training programs and the resources needed for its subjects.
• Conduct studies, researches and comparisons of staff performance and student achievements to identify areas and opportunities for improvements.
• Ensure alignment of staff learning and development activities to the Institute’s Strategy.
• Participate in establishing the petrochemical & process operation department.
• Train and evaluate SABIC's Trainees on Basic Chemistry, Distillation & Absorption and Basic of Refrigeration Modules.
• Manage, assure and control the quality activities and consolidate development efforts in the institute.
• Enhance effective communications inside JTI and internationally.
• Assist achieving international excellence in training services.
• Maintain planning & development activities.
• Participate in establishing the petrochemical & process operation department.
• Train and evaluate SABIC's Trainees on the Basic Chemistry, Distillation & Absorption and Basic of Refrigeration Modules.
Developing the quality of products, maintaining Quality Assurance, participating establishing Quality Management System, Participating is developing new products, interaction between Q.A. - process department and all other departments, mach of tests methods with the international standard (ASTM, DIN…etc.), Managing lab staff and assigning different jobs and task to them.
Attaining production targets with quality assurance, safety in the plant, interaction between production and other departments, signing work requests, work permits, waste disposal Managing shift staff and assigning tasks for them, Coordinating with lab and warehouse, maintenance.
Teaching in chemical laboratories, managing the laboratories (chemicals, consumptions and reporting), maintaining safety, many roles in the assessment processes (e.g. proctoring in the labs), and managing students’ activities related to science collage.
