- Create profit plan including budgets, personnel, and investment plans, - Put into practice approved plans and create action and measures plan, - Assure that all corporate guidelines and procedures, in particular BOS, Kaizen, JCMS, Six Sigma, VA/VE are adhered to, - Communicate regularly with direct reports and management and supervise their performance in all functions including performance evaluation, - Assure a timely cost efficient and high-quality production in keeping with the technology level, - Procure, construct, and maintain buildings, machinery, and equipment necessary for plan execution, - Control deviations from the planned “actual” values and introducing corrective measures.
- Apply, maintain, and improve a Quality Management System in line with the IATF16949, - Strive for continuous improvement of processes for a better customer satisfaction based on customer scorecards and TE KPI’s, - Take the lead in case of critical quality issues or customer escalations include risk assessment and containment activities, - Coach, develop and train the team members, motivate staff members to meet the objectives and targets, - Manage Test Laboratory’s (Metrology and Chemical).
- Provide Quality System direction for Manufacturing Plant;
- Administer corporate policies and procedures;
- Train, Evaluate and Develop Quality Team strongly supporting Organization in order to provide the highest quality product and services;
- Provide assistance in analyzing and solving complex quality and reliability problems;
- Liaise with customers and auditors to ensure execution of corrective actions and compliance with customer specifications;
- Effectively interact with operations and engineering teams to launch new products / processes;
- Support the change review process by driving quality principals & verification in every change;
- Support GSM team (Global Supply Management) with early warning of supplier issues;
- Establish plant / departmental quality objectives and goals;
- Institute Cost of Quality Analysis System;
- Manage Test Laboratory’s (Metrology and metallurgy).
- Ensure the requirements of Quality Management System are effectively implemented;
- Promote Activities to meet Quality oriented Dashboard Targets:
Timely and effective responses to Customer and Internal Issues;
Reduce Rejects & Scrap;
Timely resolution of Deviations.
- Lead Team approach to Corrective Actions including implementation of effective Containment Actions, utilizing disciplined Root Cause analysis tools, timely implementation of Corrective Actions, and updates to applicable documentation.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to Internal and External IATF Audit findings.
- Work closely with the company's design teams in order to success programs launch;
- Dealing promptly and professionally with any non-compliance issues;
- Management of a team of 140 Persons on 3 shifts, including 3 Engineers and 10 Technicians.
- Define, with the Management team, the triennial and annual investment plans;
- Leading Project, with the feasibility Studies and risk analysis, until production start-up;
- Define and improve, with the technical team, the process flow charts;
- Improve productivity and quality through work measurement and methods improvement;
- Organize and standardize work stations;
- Follow the operating budgets and capital budgets;
- Ensure the deployment of quality procedures and their updates with the quality department;
- Lead the investigation of filling and screwing defects;
- Management of a team of five technicians.
- Prospect and close new business while retaining the existing customer base;
- Involved in the day-to-day management of customers;
- Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them;
- Building long term relationships and offering flexible solutions to customers;
- To identify, influence and build relationships with key decision-makers;
- Contract management for the Key Account Customers (OCP, Lafarge, Holcim, Sonasid, Managem, ....);
- Support the Key Account Customers in their maintenance strategies : maintenance audits, training of technicians;
- Offering after-sales support services;
