In this job I have two responsibilities, first one is answering more than 200 security guards whose call for security complaints, second is answering clients about any inquiries and forwarding the line to who is responsible in staff team.
• Creating different 2.0 blogs depending of keywords for improve company website to get first trend in all search engine, addition of that creating ads in good social media such as Facebook or Bing Etc…
In this role, I was responsible for answering customer queries, problem solving and providing detailed info assisted in the training of new customer service representatives and associates, organized the workflow to meet customer time frames performed market research surveys on customer needs and requirements as well as information on new tools for markets in forex trading.
My responsibility before is maintain the overall appearance of the branch.
• Welcoming clients and show customer interest, providing quality service.
• A Quick preview of all cars avaible for hire before starting work.
• I note maintenance notes if necessary after receiving the vehicle from the customer, in addition car should be clean.
• Check tires to make sure they are safe while delivering the vehicle
