Determine the general policy of the subsidiary, establish marketing plans, develop and negotiate product lines in collaboration with the group, manage sales team, set selling prices, establish and maintain contacts with important relationships.
Management, planning and quality and quantity control of production in compliance with the specifications. And definition of the manufacturing strategy of new product ranges in collaboration with the department of design and development
