I'm completely responsible for everything in the business cycle starting from collecting the leads and qualified them and then start working with buyers or sellers
evaluating the property, pricing and positioning and then marketing until selling and collecting our full fees (and its not easy)
Building relation with the clients to prepare new business and get referrals and that was my main way to generate business daily
