Providing a quality service to EK and Code share passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services and baggage services as per company commercial and safety standards and procedures so that EK and code share passengers and their baggage are handed in a consistent and efficient manner.
Fully adhere to all operational procedures (SOP) with regards to travel, immigration and safety regulations.
Identify and meet the standard and special service requirements of the passengers at check-in, transfer desk, special services and boarding gates by adhering to the set service standards and procedures so that the passengers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner Collect briefing sheet and staff allocation, check all the counters equipments and stationary, report technical fault to Mercator through EMACS.

- Tackling the big issues related to Customers & sales.
- Supervising W/House Dept.
- Supervising Sales Team.

- Controlling Production Dept.
- Supervising the Account Dept.
- Issuing a weekly production planning.
- Liaising with Customs and the freight broker to clear the goods.
- Setup and update Contracts on PDM (Product Data Management) Creating a Technical Package and raising a Critical Path.
- Management of Product Specification and Composition on CMS (Contract Management System) and approving the inserted data.
- Controlling contract; cost price, selling price, ratios, sizes, colours and UPCs on CCS (Contract Control System).
- Accepting or rejecting Quantity reductions and Ratio changes on DeSL.
- Issuing Sales Memos to Purchasing and Planning.
- Matching product quantity, sizes and colourings on Planning and CCS through JBA system.
- Reporting discrepancies on systems to UK IT.
- Confirming and approving Label references to Purchasing.
- Providing M&S (Marks and Spencer) with updated events.
- Chasing M&S for swing Ticket References.
- Providing Label Printing with Labels specification and composition.
- Planning events and tasks for all departments.
- Controlling the whole business process.
- Insure and controlling Call off and export process validation.
- Insure the make up of White city, Press Garment, Vogue shoot, In store décor shoot, award ceremony, Twiggy press and sample to be sent on time to the head Office.
- Booking and ordering Trims for Factories.
- Preparing DDCC (Direct Delivery Component Card) for Factories.
- Contacting and meeting suppliers.
- Preparing and approving Bulk Cards for Factories to match Trims/ Fabric.
- Inserting product label references on CMS and sending it to factories.
- Issuing Memos to factories.
