The Workforce Analyst is responsible for planning, creating and communicating forecasts and schedules
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Updates and processes data for real-time performance analysis. Extracts data, performance reports, and collated information in 30-minute intervals from the Operations monitoring software in order to communicate the performance of the account in different areas.
Manages the queue with the Operations accounts. Keenly observes the queue and proactively responds with action plans for the account’s activities by continually communicating with Operations Management.
Ensures that proper documentation on major incidents is prepared for management review. Must have ability to communicate effectively with offsite and onsite management.
Provides information on key issues and challenges in attaining service levels for the past week.
Upholds accountability and focuses on delivering expected outputs / results in a timely manner with emphasis on quality, completeness, and accuracy.
Evaluates situations using the principles of logic and sound judgment to come up with reasonable and timely decisions and resolutions. Considers the pros and cons of various alternatives. Anticipates the possible effects of decisions made.
I worked before as a "customer service representative" for more than 1 year and a half "ECCO Outsourcing" Vodafone project, Department of data validation. I worked the last period in this title as a senior agent support "Report Designer". I had been nominated for more than one account and more than one position as per my high performance. Afterwards, I worked as Intra Day man in workforce for two months. Then I have been hired to Dar El Fouad hospital as an assistant team leader. I'm good at talking in English, use terms literary to talk with others. I have a good knowledge of using the Internet with most of its application. And I’m well for using the package of Microsoft office, and I have a lots of Communications Skills in Customer Service. Specifically, I am interest in this field in all positions is the CSR, HR, quality assurance, workforce or operations team leader
