Supporting Management on site construction issues, leading progress monitoring and reporting, PMO works, Finding progress blocking issues. Reporting progress to client. Representing Transit systems in front of other consortium entities and external stake holders. Reviewing all lines weekly reports, monthly MPR reports, and all client reports in terms of operations and installation/construction works.
Advisory to management on civil, construction and MEP matters, risks, interface issues. Updating construction risk register to project risk register. Participating in Rolling stock temporary operations and turnover to T&C. managing & follow up punch-list register to close out. Monitoring IAT (installation acceptance testing) progress to reach IRN
Acting as point of contact for construction-contracts matters, preparing contractual letters, supporting claims & contracts department and advising them on construction issues
As part of the Riyadh Metro Project - FAST consortium Sets to deliver turn key Design & build lines 4, 5, & 6.
FAST Consortium includes: FCC, ALSTOM SAMSUNG C&T, Strukton, ATKINS, TYPSA, Freyssnet & SETEC.
ALSTOM is in charge of turnkey transit system, Rolling stock, track works, signaling, energization, SCADA, CCTV, Track-side equipment, Passenger information systems, Depot Rolling stock maintenance equipment
Incharge of all PMO, Operations, planning and coordination, design and interface issues for Metro Line 4 transit systems, including, Power supply systems, signaling systems, Platform screen doors, Depot Equipment, Rail/track interface. Work permits, Work train vehicle management. represent Transit systems in Line Consortium meetings, client meetings and external stake holders.
Assisting Company to close out several projects with focus on MEP delays, claims, project close out documentation and how to reach mechanical completion and final hand over. for Special Forces unit complex, including, Water treatment plant, Power grid, Officers club pools, all BMS, SCADA and ACID systems.

Work Scope: Turn Key Project Management, Site Construction, Structural/Civil works, Finishing Renovations, MEP Retrofitting, VIP works, Manpower control, subcontract management, Risk management, PMO reporting.

Furnishing House Factory (FHF) is a company well known in casework manufacturing, we are specialized in kitchen mass production, wardrobes closets, & vanities, FHF also has a department for wood working projects.
My job in "FHF" was to maintain the CNC machinery involved in furniture manufacturing (3-axis router & boring machine, 1-axis board cutting machine) and other traditional machines involved in carpentry, also my job is to maintain the facility's wellbeing and saftey of the personnel. Also upgrading machines and implementing material handling systems for production efficiency.
As a production coordinator i had to coordinate with all the company's departments and especially between the sales and production to organize and control the sales order and products coming out from the factory stores to the customers, also I contact customer to solve their technical problems and apply quality & followup of our installation teams.
My work also dictates me to use computer software to schedule production & installation operations. I manage stocks of artificial marble and organize purchase requests for this material by using simple forecasting and market statistics.
I also assist the plant manager in overseas contacts for purchasing raw material and supplies, also assist in worker evaluation and motivation.
My ambition in FHF and in any other future industrial facility is to be the plant manager, that is why you notice the variety of tasks i had taken with high motivation.
My position was a trainee, for one and a
half months from 30th June until 15th August 2003.
