Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
• Analyse and recommend costs and cost savings.
• Analyse the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
• Analyse any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
• Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
• Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
• Performs general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
• Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business

.Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
prepare the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, Recording all the required entries to customers accounts ( Good returns & Discount on sales & Rent deductions & Promotions & contributions ) .Following collections issues directly with customers and coordinating with company cashiers & collectors .
