• Validate of the existing safety and environmental management which is currently certified to ISO14001and OHSAS 18001.
• Perform Research project about employees’ perception toward safety climate.
• Publish a questionnaire to measure the safety climate.
• Monitor the legal compliance register to ensure that the company follows the updated legislations.
• Amend and update environmental and safety procedures.
• Reviewed the register of legislation to ensure that it is relevant and fulfil the requirements of the organization
• Audit Action Tracking Register and Incident Tracking (WPTS).
• Update the safety bulletin boards with current and relevant information
• Coordinate and forward the Rig Safety Awards and Recognition programs
• Assist and supervise the practice drills related to emergency response
• Co-ordinate safety meetings
• Co-ordinate and record emergency drills
• Conduct hazard survey/checks
• Advise supervisors of the risk levels for hazards
• Assist concerned parties with hazard mitigation
• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to ensure a uniform approach to hazard management
• Audit Fire system on Rigs according NFPA requirements
• Prepare Rigs for 3rd party inspection (moduspec)
• Prepare Rigs for new contract
• Evaluate safety implantation extent according to Client Policy, WDI Policy and International Standards (API 54, ILO C155)
• Advice Maintains department at Rig modification according to international standards ( NFPA, API, BS EN, …..)
Responsibilities:
Conduct hazard survey/checks
Advise supervisors of the risk levels for hazards
Assist concerned parties with hazard mitigation
Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to ensure a uniform approach to hazard management
Analyze hazard identification reports, present trends and relevant data to the rig and country management team
Assist the Senior Tool pusher with permit to work administration and perform random PTW Audits
Provide assistance to the Senior Tool pusher to ensure that all Emergency Response Equipment is maintain and operable
Assist and supervise the practice drills related to emergency response
Co-ordinate safety meetings
Co-ordinate and record emergency drills
Document and distribute the written summary (meeting minutes etc) of all Emergency Drills, General Safety Meetings
Perform inductions for all new crewmembers, subcontractors, third party services and visitors
Conduct safety tours on a regular basis and monitor the levels of compliance with all safety related procedures, standards and policies
Intervene and coach using positive developmental techniques
File and maintain a copy of all TRA/SOP’s to ensure crewmembers are complying with the specified safe working procedures
Regularly review PPE compliance including the adequate stock levels for the rig.
Coordinate and track the close out of the daily Safe Start/HAZID Card
Assist the supervisors with maintaining and updating the Improvement Commitment Report (ICR) Register,
Audit Action Tracking Register and Incident Tracking (WPTS).
Update the safety bulletin boards with current and relevant information
Coordinate and forward the Rig Safety Awards and Recognition programs
Conduct regular internal safety and awareness training sessions including but not limited to: Manual Handling techniques; PPE fitting & correct use; Hazard Identification; Working at Height; Permit to Work System (PTW), TRA training.
Get Tropical Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (THUET) Course.
Duties included marketing beside Primary responsibilities (Carrying out survey at offshore and onshore Rigs (Rigging and Hoisting System, Drilling Tools, Mast and sub base structure, Cargo Carrying Units, Mud System), Carrying out Survey at Lifting system at Vessels, Carrying out Survey at Lifting system at construction sites, drawing Lifting planes, carry out internal audit on Petro lift’s goods before sealing )

-Training at first six months, Got Magnetic Particle Inspection ( MPI), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) Courses that qualified me to be Level ll NDT Inspector and carry out Non Destructive Test (NDT) inspection at Magnetic and Non-magnetic Materials, Got North Sea Lifting (NSL) Courses that qualify me to carry out Visual and Load test Inspection at all Lifting Gears Duties included NDT Inspection at Welding, performing Load Test Examination at all Lifting Gears, Perform survey at onshore Rigs and vessels
