Worked closely with VP Commercial and business line heads in reviewing the commercial terms and conditions proposed by clients for Prime Contracts. These were EPC lump sum and turnkey proposals for international oil and gas companies, NOCs, and major international contractors.
Managed site Contracts Administrators performing formation, bidding, award, administration, and close out, on Iraqi Projects which included compressor stations, pumping stations, power plants, field camp builds and O&M, oil field services including refurbishment of valves and flow line testing. This included frequent visits to site in Iraq to trouble shoot issues and meet with assigned site CA’s and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Work was performed by both direct hire, and subcontracted to the local market, which presented quite a challenge to maintain given the tribal and transient nature of the Iraqi work force.
