2016 - Execution of Bir Enakhla, Ouled Slama, Chrardia and Arkou irrigation water
supply pumping stations on drilling and on dam, (for a total of 1200 Ha of irrigated
perimeters).
• 2015 - Execution of Baboucha, M’saiia, Ouled haj Tahar, Ain Slimen and Rziguette
drinking water supply projects with pumping station on drilling and overpressure
stations - submersible and split case pumps and hydro-electromechanical equipment for
reservoir and tower.
• 2014 - Execution of Nagaya pump station on R’mil dam - 4 split case pumps (Pleuger)
and electromechanical equipment (power 600 kW - flow: 80 gallons/sec - level 74 meter)
and reservoir equipment including valve chambers on penstocks pipes for irrigated
perimeter (1100 hectares).
• 2014 - Installation of 70 electromagnetic flow-meters on primary pipes (ø 800&1000
mm, flow: 25 gallons/sec to 320 gallons/sec) equipped by electronic converters
(SIEMENS, ABB, ISOIL, Schlumberger) in irrigated perimeter 6500 hectares (Lakhmes,
Laaroussa, Rmil, Gaafour).
• 2013 - Rehabilitation of hydro-mechanical equipment of Lakhmes dam.
• 2013 - Construction of valve chambers and protection building for more than 300 km on
water networks (ø 300 mm until ø 1400 mm) penstock, metallic, Iron and HDPE pipes
(automatic butterfly valves and gates including special welded mechanical parts
dismantling joints, hydraulic parts, sonic trap, hydraulic welded parts, air valves,
cranes, ...)
• 2012 - Maintenance of the SP1 pump station on Siliana dam - 5 split case pumps
(Rovatti) (power 800 kW - flow: 100 gallons/sec - level 60 meter) and reservoir
equipment including control building on hooped concrete pipeline for irrigation area
(1800 hectares).
• 2011-214 - Execution of 17 stations on drilling for drinking water and irrigated perimeters
(submersible pumps, flow: 2 gallons/sec to 50 gallons/sec, power 2.2 kW to 52 kW)
including electric (MV/LV), mechanical and instruments equipment with several pump
designs (End section, frame-mounted, closed coupled, split case, vertical turbine,
submersible).
• 2011 - Maintenance of primary water supply networks (penstocks and metallic pipelines
ø 200 to ø 1200 mm), pump stations and hydraulic equipment of Kharouba, Rouhia,
SidiNawi, Fdadin, Sidi Hmeda, twirlil and fwarsnoussi irrigation systems (total of 4500
Ha).
Design, calculation, tendering, technical review, inspection, supervising construction,
testing, commissioning and handling over of pumping stations/piping projects related to
water supply systems (irrigation/potable water/sewage/storm water) including MV/LV
equipment, protection electric panels, transformer, cable, handling equipment, pump,
suction and discharge pipes, hydraulic parts, variable speed drives, sensors, automation
pumping/reservoirs, gauges, flow, level & pressure control equipment, pressure vessel,
valves, valves chamber...;
• Calculation and sizing of mechanical and hydraulic equipment (electric transformation,
pumps, power, flow, head, head loss, currents, voltage, cables, NPSH, water hammer,
efficiency, pumps curves, networks curves...).
• Execution of design folder including layout, plan and calculation notices.
• Evaluation and Review of tender documents and identification of major technical and
commercial risks related with the Tenders.
• Technical and financial examination of tenders, allocation and establishment of
procurement and works contracts.
• Supervise the preparation of construction estimates, schedules and budgets as required.
• Carrying out all mechanical equipment installation activities for water pumping plants.
• Preparing technical submittals, compliance statements, FAT and SAT schedules.
• Preparing method statements and necessary documents for the completion of work
such as manufacture folder, CMMS, As-Built drawings, O&M manuals and have them
authorized by the consultants & Client.
• Approbation of execution plans and technical files.
• Supervises and monitors project progress from project initiation and close out and to
ensure mile stones achieved are per contractual obligation and approved MS.
• Undertake technical reviews, and progress reporting and liaising with developers,
internal and external members.
• Participate in regular meeting with civil engineers, contractors and sub-constructor to
provide update on project progress.
• Managing site subcontractors works and progress.
• Oversees quality control and safety matter on the site and ensures that regulations are
adhered to.
• Handles and supervises all mechanical works and ensures that installation activities are
complying with contractual obligations and quality control standards.
• Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may
arise at any time.
• Supervises the selection and requisition of materials to be used for site installation and
maintenance.
• Prepares / supervised necessary documents for the completion of work and have them
authorized by the consultants after inspection.
• Cooperate with civil engineering department and other project actors and establishment
of construction planning in all stages of projects.
• Perform technical reviews of drawings, product data, material samples, purchase orders,
subcontracts, inspection reports, delivery schedules, instruction manuals, contractor’s
shop drawings and technical data to assure compliance with the requirements of the
contract package.
• Site inspection of construction, installation and erection works of electric, hydraulic,
mechanical equipment & instruments and piloting site meeting related to pumping
stations (execution of planning, construction stages, work quality, design changes...).
• Prepares periodical progress reports such as weekly/biweekly, monthly, project
inspection and close out reports.
• Testing, commissioning and handling over of pumping stations according to contract,
technical specifications and standards.

* 2009 - Up-grating and upgrading of control equipment (electrical, mechanical and instruments)
of six reservoirs and towers (capacity: 2000 m3 to 10 000 m3).

* 2008 - Execution of Laaroussa overpressure pump station on Siliana dam with split case pumps
Ritz (flow: 150 gallons/sec - power 1600 kW).
* 2008 - Installation of Electric, mechanical and instruments of the control building of Sidi Ayed
reservoir (2.64 million gallons) receiving primary water network (ø1000 mm) with 240 gallons/sec
of flow and 16 bar of pressure, including automation of water levels by altimeter valve in public
irrigated area of Gaafour (4500 hectares).
* 2007 - Rehabilitation of Hydro-mechanical & hydropower equipment of Beni Mtir dam (Gate
valves, jack, hydraulic units, and welding mechanical parts).
* 2007 - Execution of Madiouna pumping station - treated waste water for irrigation (flow: 50
gallons/sec power 110 kW).
