As construction section head in Asawer HQ I was involved in setting the project directorate vision/mission & objectives to identify and manage departmental KPIs.
Construction section managerial duties such as staff development, training needs, performance evaluation & management as well as team building & conflict resolution. The Setting out and development of documentation and procedures outlines required in the project construction and engineering phases for clients review & approval.
