Job duties include
• Project manager, for Ministry Of Interior(MOI), Ministry of Health(MOH) projects as well as some of Petroleum Company’s, and my Duty including the following:
• Led and developed full scale of project plans and executions.
• Defined the project scope of work, financial plan, its goals and deliverables.
• Managed all aspects of the project business plan and budget.
• Managed the operational, financial and technological aspects of projects based on timelines and work plans.
• Identified resources requirement, assigned responsibilities and coordinated directly and indirectly project staff to ensure successful completion of the project.
• Tracked project deliveries using project management tools.
• Managed the design of the project documents to monitor project performance and data stored.
• Reported on project progress and communicated relevant information to superiors.
• Resolved, traced and escalated critical issues to minimize project risk factors.
• Directed, supervised, supported and coordinated the project staff. .
• Communicated intensively with clients, sub-contractors and vendors to establish cordial/effective working relationship.
• Followed up with clients to verify satisfaction

Help sales Engineer to make design and quotation for Telecom solutions, coordinate between our office and mother company or any other suppler , manager of the Technical Department (6 Engineers +40 Technician ), Support system Engineers, Follow up the projects implementation to assure the quality of installation, & maintenance of Ericsson Mx-One IP PABX, Ericsson MD110 PABX, Ericsson BP BAPX, Hotel system, Voice Mail, Billing system, Call Centre, Ericsson D.N.A, Telephone &Data Network (fiber and capper), Transmission Equipments, Triple play including the TV, internet and phone
• Technical Support Manager at Modern World Telecom (Ericsson Representative) in Libya.
Job duties include

• Product Support Assistant Manager at SPEC (Ericsson Repetitive) in Egypt.
Job duties include
Support Field Engineers, follow up the project to assure the quality of installation, installation &maintenance Eng. For MD110 BAPX, BP BAPX, Hotel system, Diavox Voice Mail, Call Account, Call Center, D.N.A, Telephone Network and HDSL.
