Perform pro-active maintenance on all branch
computing equipments.
Enter commands and observe system functioning
to verify correct operations and detect errors.
Assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Providing technical support to end-users regarding IT-related problems. Setting up and configuring computer systems and peripherals. Installing and updating software applications. Maintaining documentation of technical issues and resolutions. Assisting in network and system administration tasks.
