- Supervise all maintenance and installation works related to electromechanical and civil works within CIB branches.

- Prepare a plan for (annually, monthly, weekly) preventive maintenance for electromechanical devices (PMP).

- Prepare a walk thru plan, prepare action plan.

- Daily rounds in branches as per a walk thru plan.

- Supervise the work on all work orders and tickets.

- Observe warehouse stocks of items and order all needed equipment .

- Develop (in coordination with purchase department) the minimum required warehouse list (of all necessary spare parts) to ensure smooth operation.

- Produce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair works.

- Assess problems and determine solution, Liaise and coordinate with other departments as needed.

- Supervise all maintenance and installation works related to mechanical works within Nile Tower Building.

- Prepare a plan for (annually, monthly, weekly) maintenance for A/C units and their main devices (cooling towers, chillers, DX unit)

- Prepare a plan for (annually, monthly, weekly) maintenance for Plumbing fixtures.

- Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works with technicians and ensure that all works and requisitions of materials are completed in a timely manner.

- Daily rounds in building, supervise the work on all work orders.

- Observe warehouse stocks of items to order all needed equipment.

- Assess problems and determine solution.

- Design the plan of all newly HVAC projects and calculating the estimated cooling capacity.

- Make a good contact with ( Abu Dhabi bank - CIB bank - NCR corporation - Teradata ).

-Attend handover meetings of all newly projects
