As a Senior FCY Teller I am responsible to act as assistant branch manager and for doing all kind of Currency exchange and money transfer to all countries and that includes :

Updating the daily currency rates for the branch and Updating the board rates.
Receiving the parcels from the head office and sending back in the end of the day.
Doing all kind of transfers to all the banks world wide.
Making all the online money transfer locally and internationally.
Having a personal user and password on WESTERN UNION money transfer system.
Making the payment of all kinds of credit cards.
Making the payment for electrecity and water bills.
Making the payment for land lines, internet and mobile phones bills.
Having a personal user and password on NATIONAL BONDS saving system.
Having a personal user and password on ALWASEET advertising news paper.
Making online recharging for the international mobile phones.
Controling the schedule and responding to the e-mails in case of the branch manager absence.
Dealing with all kind of customers.
Dealing with all nationalites and trying to communicate with them with some of their language .
Giving the needed trainings in the branch to the new staff and supervising them.
Catching the fake notes from the market and send them back to the central bank.
Always trying to reach the top transaction ranking.
