3. Deploy tracking systems (e.g. financial, contract management, proposal tracking and grant management systems)

1. Assess, monitor and respond to the technical needs of the organization
2. Oversee the maintenance and administration of Tayf’s digital infrastructure and software tools

CivilScope is a social enterprise set on accelerating sustainable development throughout Sudan and Africa through the research and development of highly scalable technical solutions which increase access to social services and development opportunities. My role is to align its vision with technological solutions. My responsibilities include:
1. Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure
2. Ensure security, efficiency and sustainability from a technical standpoint
3. Develop CivilScope's strategy from a technical standpoint
4. Supervise the development of CivilEd's brand strategy
5. Recruit, draft ToRs and Interview technical consultants and team members
6. Manage and supervise developers, consultants and technical team’s work schedule, reports and deliverables
7. Progress check with the team on all technical developments
8. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
9. Lead the strategy for website platform, Mobile application and Remote learning device development
10. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs of CivilScope
11. Develop, track and control the development of development operation cycles
12. Manage and safeguard proprietary software development at all stages of development
13. Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
14. Submit monthly narrative and financial reports on Technical unit’s work
15. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
16. Work closely with Marketing Research, Business Development, Communication and other units to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
AMNA is an organization and a digital platform aimed at mitigating and eliminating violence against Sudanese women using innovative tools of engagement. My responsibilities
- Directing the content and media teams.
- Structuring the Media & Content teams.
- Creating and following up with the AMNA Media plan.
- Developing internal communication.
- Implementing and instructing the application of communication and collaboration systems.

Tayf (Spectrum) is a youth-led initiative dedicated to Reproductive Health and Rights in Sudan.
The initiative works on putting RHR information within reach of everyone by providing open evidence-based information and research, as well as increasing accessibility to RH services, and providing a platform for stakeholders to advance the field in tandem. My responsibilities as a founding member include:
1. Informing the organization's vision, mission, strategy, goals and approaches
2. Developing the brand
3. Structuring the organization
4. Coaching and supervising the media team
5. Creating, deploying and maintaining IT solutions for the staff and the community
Supported a documentation project by providing digital security services:
1. Met with client organization to discuss requirements and timelines.
2. Developed a comprehensive security plan for a documentation project, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
3. Provided training sessions for the client organization's staff on security best practices, enhancing their understanding of potential risks and mitigation strategies.
4. Consult with clients after implementation to provide ongoing support, evaluation and improvement of security practices
BluWater is a hydraulic engineering and ICT system development company focused on revolutionizing water supply and waste management services in Sudan using progressive engineering solutions
1. Contribute to the development of data-loggers (hardware & software)
