Preparation of the Project Time Schedule using PRIMAVERA scheduling program which meets the client's requirements.
Planning, monitoring day to day construction activities.

Issuing instructions to the Project Engineers and foremen to complete the work in accordance with Project Planning
and schedules.
Supervision of subcontractors works to ensure Quality and Completion of work in accordance with Project
Specification.
Supervision and directing construction activities according to the technical and commercial criteria.
Ensuring that the work is completed in a safe manner and that all necessary Safety Regulations and Statutory
Requirements are followed.
Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
Completing all necessary documentation to be included in weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager's
review.
• Electrical installation for medium & low voltage panels and cables, earthing, lightning, lighting & light current systems In power stations, substation, utilities, and heavy industrial projects generally capital project in accordance to the standards and client specifications.
• Electrical installation foundation execution for O.H.T.L projects.
• Reply for any technical or commercial clarification from customers.
• Planning, monitoring day to day construction activities and supervising the site construction staff at site.
• Supervision and directing construction activities according to the technical and commercial criteria.
• Ensuring that the work is completed in a safe manner and that all necessary Safety Regulations and Statutory Requirements are followed.
• Ensuring that the Quality of materials and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the Project and the company quality system.
• Completing all necessary documentation to be included in weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager's review.
• Supervision of any subcontract work to ensure Quality and Completion of work in accordance with Project Specification.
• Issuing instructions to the Project Engineers and foremen to complete the work in accordance with Project Planning and schedules.
