• Create Custom Widgets and Animations: Design and implement custom widgets for improved user
interfaces, and employ Flutters animation framework and Tween animations for smooth visual transitions.
• Adhere to Clean Code and Architecture: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following
established clean code principles and architecture best practices.
• Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD): Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the
reliability and quality of Flutter applications, following Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Utilize OOP concepts to design and implement
scalable and maintainable Flutter code.
• RESTful API Integration and Data Handling: Integrating Flutter applications with RESTful APIs
and handling data effectively for seamless communication with backend services.
• Apply Basic Functional Programming Concepts: Demonstrate understanding and application of
fundamental concepts in functional programming within the Flutter development context.

• Resolve issues while working closely with multi-functional teams.
• Provide feedback to Engineering for improving product quality and reliability.
• Determine priority levels while negotiating and setting expectations with customers.
• Ensure the customer is communicated with in a timely manner and treated with the highest degree of
respect.
• Drive excellence through quality closures and proper escalation of issues.

• Owns chronic and complex problems / incidents.
• Diagnose fault-related cases by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network/product utility
programs.
• Build strong relationships with carriers to meet customer SLA targets.
• Drive chronic and complex cases into quick and efficient resolution.
• Act as a case manager in order to always push for faster issue resolutions.
