Follow up with Turkish agencies in Turkey and offer them tour packages,
Coming up with new ideas to satisfy our customers,
Travelling to attend tourism fairs and promote our travel agency

Take the lead in dealing with all facilities,
Handle the company's emails and incoming and outgoing local and international correspondence,
Follow up with suppliers (quality control, payments, placing orders, reception of material, deadlines,
Prepare and send offers to clients,
Import and Export (quotation from shippers, follow up with airlines, preparing paperwork, coordinating with clients to send their merchandise ),
Assist the accountant in invoicing and following up outstanding payments with the clients,
Coordinate with departments

- Translate TUMIAD magazine
- Coordinate meetings
- Respond to members’ letters and emails
- Inform prospective members about TUMIAD
- Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office

Provide general knowledge of attractions and destinations
-Develop and maintain an information file
-Prepare and deliver commentary
-Prepare for tour by making arrangements and confirming reservations
Conduct tours
-Complete tour reports, daily logs and expense reports
-Assist special needs clients

-Present and sell company products to current and potential client
-Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
-Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
-Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
