- Source efficient recruitment channels.
- Interview shortlisted profiles based on the required set of skills.
- Manage the recruitment of the challenging and complicated technical positions.
-Answer calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries and improve customer satisfaction over the phone.
-Call customers to set collection date and preview the offers
-Reply the emails.
-Support marketing team in doing their market survey.
-Train the new comers (colleagues).
