Review the design drawing and compare it with the site life route for FTTX sites (FTTH, FTTM, KA, HO) Checking the telecom site material and compare it in PMCS. Ensuring receipt of the permits for excavation and follow-up dates of closing permits. Follow-up steps of civil work (Milling, Paving, excavation, laying pipes, back-filling, compacting, concrete, Asphalt process, etc). Assure from pulling the fiber cables in the correct way and check the accuracy of the splicing points. Follow-up to make sure that the work is matched to the drawing. caring to start and finish work according to the time schedule. submitting drawing with Red-line & BOQ to going to the last step which is invoicing.
