➢ Main duties
• Supervising on executing Crescent towers in CBD - Concrete (Reinforced Concrete, Post Tension
Slabs, footings, vertical elements, slabs, tanks, Tree columns and SOG) and steel structure works
• Ensured that all the works done are in accordance with specifications.
• Ensuring the implementation of the work according to the drawing, design and approved
specifications and of the highest quality.
• Day-to-day visit of the site, including supervising the quality of work during the execution.
• Carry out inspection and checking all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activities are
as per method statement and inspection test plan.
• Issuing information reports of delaying pouring concrete by the subcontractor.
• Review all submissions to project consultants before submitting and signing it such as, Request for
Inspection (RFI), Material Inspection Request (MIR) & Material Submittal (MS).
• Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.

• Monitoring construction and inspect installation of major systems such as (Reinforced
Concrete, finishing work).
• Prepare schedule, manpower, and quantity progress and performance reports.
• dealing with subcontractors and ensuring that their progress corresponds to the money
