Responsibilities:
 Executes the specific inspections on materials, and construction activities on site.
 Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation.
 Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
 Issues the relevant Quality Records and prepare nonconformance reports.

Project: Phosphoric Acid Production Plant.
Client: Desmet Ballestra
Responsibilities:
 Follow the Erection of more than 192, 000" DIA. of piping joints.
 Dealing with many types of materials such as (FRP, C.S, Alloy St., P.P & Stainless St.)
 Manage materials, plant and labors.
 Provide coaching and motivation to the construction team.
 liaising with construction managers and project designers.
 Completing and reviewing as‐built documentation.
 Managing technical services subcontractors
 Trouble‐shooting the design, resolving issues with engineering and/or fabricator.
 Completing final system walk‐downs, deficiency tracking and close‐out.

Project: West Damietta Combined Power Plant 1500 MW.
Client: General Electric (GE) ‐ Orascom (OC)
Responsibilities:
 Installing a critical steam pipe system using P91 Alloy (CP‐118)
 Installing a complex double jacket piping for turbine lube oil system. (CP‐106)
 Provides technical assistance to the Piping Supervisor.
 Acquiring and maintaining as‐built information for pipe installations.
 Request materials transfer and verification.
 Report weekly on installed piping quantities and status.
 Performs coordination with Design Engineering.
 Review work matching with design requirements.

Responsibilities:
 Follow maintenance work at 3 plants with around 100 different machines.
 Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance.
 Responding to breakdowns & Diagnosing breakdown problems.
