Managing all HSE matters
-Ensure complying with DM HSE regulations and Expo Assurance Standards
.-Conducting HSE meetings and anticipating in Progress, Handover meeting
.- Achieving all Expo HSE management requirements.
-Conducting all HSE related audits
- Facilitates the implementation of K&A safety management system and regularly monitors the effectiveness within businesses.
- Plans safety campaigns based on safety performance analyses and emerging trends.
- Inspects and evaluates workplace environments, equipment, and practices for compliance with corporate and government safety standards and regulations.
- Plans and prepares for internal Safety self-assessments and audits.
- Proactively collaborates with businesses to develop safety improvement plans to meet K&A Safety targets and provides technical assistance and support in investigating accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future.
- Conducts internal safety training. Develops and delivers TBT related to the business and operational needs
- Designs and implements workplace processes and procedures that help protect workers from potentially hazardous work conditions.
- Conducts inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks in operational activities and coaches supervisors and line managers with respect to corrective and preventative measures.
- Coordinates and participate in all safety emergency and evacuation drills
- Guides Safety Assistants in their professional and operational development.
- Generates on time safety performance reports for the businesses highlighting trends and safety hot spots.
- Preparation of EHSMS (Environment, Health and Safety Management System)
- Preparation of projects safety plan & safety manual.
- Preparation of environmental and safety policies.
- Preparing all safety documents and submittals to contractors, clients and governmental authorities.
- Maintaining HSE standards and practices in line with local and federal legislation and international standards.
- Working closely with management, providing advice and support on HSE matters.
- Coordinating and attending safety committee meetings.
