Working on the following types of protective and marine coating :-
Epoxy (primer - intermediate), polyurethane, polysiloxane , ethyl silicate primer, fire protective coating and marine.
JOB DISCRIBTION:
- Quality control activity supervise for protective and marine coatings section
- Update the QC test data for out of specification batches in the agreed format and review with line manager on monthly basis.
- Revalidate the (stored - rejected) products or raw materials.
- Investigate customer complaints and report it
- Color matching approval .
- Product monitoring to save adjustment time .
- Technical presentation to lab chemists.
- Cost saving .
-Track SLOB material movement on monthly basis
- Ensure that the safety standard in the area of responsibility are Maintained.
- Prepare trial batch to customer as per his requirement
- Raw material evaluation, formulation optimization and process optimization.
- Manage A safety and housekeeping tools to Maintain a safe working environment .
Working on the following types of paints:-
Acrylic paints, emulsion paints, putties, Eco friendly paints, Air
Purification paints, Alkyd paints, special effect paints.
And supervise on the tinting department.
JOB DISCRIBTION:
- Development of products for quality improvement or cost reduction.
- Evaluate the new raw materials and evaluation of competitor products.
- Create specifications and test methods required to test raw materials and finish good.
- Make corrective action for products having problems in production or in QC specifications.
- Technical support to sales department.
Working on the following types of paints:-
