•Actively participating on the company knowledge portal through the creation of knowledge articles in response to partners and customers requests for information.
•Manage and undertake customer implementations and maintain all project related documentation including the project plan, blue print, gap fit analysis, Implementation Templates, Minutes of Meeting, Test Cases, UAT Sign-off, Project Sign-off and the handover to support.
•Liaison between the Channel Sales Manager and iVend, and SAP Partners to successfully win deals and close projects.
•Participating in worldwide events, conferences, and exhibitions.
•Conduct Class room training for MENA region.
