As my work as Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of the inbound and outbound traffic, managing the buying and delivery process of goods or services and the placement and delivery of purchase orders. This is a very high profile and responsible role within an organization, requiring someone who is extremely organized and can cope well under pressure.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator it will be your job to manage the buying and delivery process of goods or services on behalf of your company, or a specific client or clients.
You will negotiate rates with carriers ensuring that you secure the best possible rates inline with the company’s buying policy. You will also coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic, maximising cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments.
The Supply Chain Coordinator usually works closely with the Sales Director to ensure the best supply chain solutions are achieved.

Dealing with High Net Worth Clients
- Purchases and sells securities for brokerage firm.
- Receives sales order ticket from Registered Representative, and inspects form to ensure accuracy of information.
- Contacts market maker (securities exchange or brokerage firm that is trading requested securities) to execute client orders for purchase or sale of securities, or completes transaction independently if brokerage firm is market maker in requested securities.
- Writes and signs sales order confirmation forms to record and approve securities transactions.
- Reviews all securities transactions to ensure that trades conform to regulations of Securities and Exchange Commission, National Association of Securities Dealers, and other government agencies.
- Monitoring corporate finances.
- Providing clients with information on investments, and sell securities and other financial services \[Registered Representative (financial)\]

- Dealing with High Net Worth Gulf Clients
- Purchases and sells securities for brokerage firm.
- Receives sales order ticket from Registered Representative, and inspects form to

- Initial Public Offering (IPOs)
- Closing Credit Accounts
- Closing the P&L (Quarterly & Yearly) for the desk
- Have management or supervisory responsibility for department employees.
- Purchases and sells securities for brokerage firm.
- Receives sales order ticket from Registered Representative, and inspects form to
ensure accuracy of information.
- Contacts market maker (securities exchange or brokerage firm that is trading
requested securities) to execute client orders for purchase or sale of securities, or
completes transaction independently if brokerage firm is market maker in requested
securities.
