Sales representative and debt collector at emirates extrusion

• Ability to provide all company product, explain to customer & sell Product (curtain wall & scaffolding & kitchen profile & Tent profiles and all aluminum product.
• Familiar with all aluminum customers in the UAE market
• Ability to collect outstanding payment from all customers
• Credit vetting of new & existing customers periodically to assess and provide acceptable credit limits & terms based on credit worthiness to ensure minimal exposure to bad debts
• Adherence to company credit & collection policies
• Monitor & validate exceptions to credit policy & overtrades.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationship with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory / market segment to generate new business
• Makes telephone calls and in - person visits and presentation to existing and prospective customers
• Expedites the resolution to customer problems and complaints
• Develops clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers
• Working on writing all the data and listed the maintain the confidentiality of business data.
• Recording payable & receivable transaction sales.
• Recording sales & purchase Invoices.
• Filing document (payable & receivable document).
