Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors.
▪ Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
▪ Resolve any unexpected Technical Difficulties
▪ Check materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified
requirements
▪ Update and revise the monthly payment with consultant & owner till approval
Making a 3d model for a very complicated building with koc. submitting the model and the drawing to the consultant and supervising on the execution in the site
▪ Follow up the execution of work for 2 Kindergarten and 3 Primary school with 10, 000, 000 KWD till the Handover. ▪ Preparing structure and architecture shop drawings, co-ordination drawing with mep and relevant civil subcontractors ( false ceiling, cladding, flooring “ wooden floor, raised floor, marble”, Site Layout) ▪ Co-ordination with fabric tent, space frame and steel structure.
