Plan, coordinate and perform related preventive and corrective maintenance of the Factory within the required efficiency.
Applying maintenance procedures and ensure people and equipment safety.
Lead the working team administratively and technically on daily basis.
Achieve and analyze maintenance Key Performance Indicators and issue periodically with follow-up reports.
Weekly, achieve and follow-up consumption of electricity, water, gas.

Complete the Maintenance team according to firm structure.
Enhance the equipment performance by updating the Preventive Maintenance programs.
Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coaching new talents
Assigned responsibilities of scheduling preventive maintenance, servicing, and maintenance of equipment “PMS”.
Well doing preparation jobs and plans for Maintenance under leading of supervisor.
Well doing preparation and Responsible for tearing down and rebuilding rigs in locate from well to another.
Handle the tasks of installing, commissioning, and repairing rig equipment for drilling and workover Rigs.
Perform responsibilities of cleaning and maintaining - repaired or replaced parts - mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems with assistant and night mechanic.
Perform all services for diesel engines such as CAT, Volvo Engines and MUD Pumps.
