Background
EDGE consultants, Cairo, Egypt, is a highly developed training institution that provides unique and interactive corporate culture coaching programs to different groups of learners at the companies . the main purpose and mission of the company is to revive ethics and skills in corporate in order to create a healthy culture and maintain positive attitude among the employees .

Worked with PepsiCo, SCCT (Suez Canal containers terminal), DP World Sokhna, Titan for cement, Osool Esb for brokerage, Microsoft, Amideast, Hashem Brothers, Modern Bakeries (Rich Bake and Brunch) and Teen staff & Kelmetna Magazine.
• Implemented training activities, in elezaby through conducted TNA from the line managers and employees training needs questionnaire, contacted professional trainers, recruited internal trainers to match the in deep needs, designed training plan and Implemented training sessions, then the ROI to be calculated by the end of the year.
• Worked in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in Elezaby, such as line managers, shift managers at board level;
• Devised individual learning plans and I recommended suitable training centers.
• Developed training materials for on the job pharmacist's training.
• Amended and reviewed programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
• Created job descriptions, training plan and performance appraisal system for Elezaby warehouse through the following:
Analyzed jobs through different techniques (interviews, observation)
Written warehouse's staff job descriptions based on competencies required to do the jobs.
Designed training plan according the job descriptions for the warehouse staff.
Designed a performance appraisal system for the warehouse staff.
Prepared Elezaby pharmacies group core competencies framework (under constructing).
• Identified current and prospective staffing requirements, prepared, post notices, advertisements, collected and screen applications.
• Recruited and selected assistant pharmacists, and conducted an interview as initial HR interview and technical interview due to my background as a pharmacy manager.
•Advised job applicants on Employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment.
•Implemented a large pool of recruitment in a team with HR coordinator and in cooperation with line managers for the selection processes more than three times.
•Designed Elezaby manpower plan sheet of requirements and collected HR demand from line managers.
•Developed and updated job descriptions for pharmacies staff.
• Trained new pharmacists on the following skills: personal presentation, active listening, positive language, handling objections, and receiving messages
• Presented topic on vaccines and emergency procedures related to vaccines to physicians and nurses
• Contributed to the preparation of fresh graduates to become pharmacy assistants by training them on diabetic patient care
• Exceeded pharmacy sales target by thoroughly analyzing sales data and manipulating arrangement of products to attract customers
• Maintained stock management by keeping track of and updating inventory
• Created and wrote quarterly customer magazine to promote health and customer loyalty
• Designed flyers to promote pharmaceutical products

I am currently a student in the GUC in the MBA program , i will be graduated by the End of 2014 .
