Managing a supervision staff on site.
Reviewing work shop drawings, method statements of work and other technical submittals.
Monitoring the progress of work on site to insure it complies with planned program of the project.
Attend and managing progress and coordination meetings.
Co-Ordination with Head Office, Client and Contractor along with Concerned Authorities in order to resolve issues which obstruct the progress of work and to obtain required approvals.
