- Commissioning and maintenance of two SGT800 and all associated package instrumentation, electrical and control equipment.
-Execute maintenance outages related to gas turbines siemens SGT800 inspection (A-B-C-D)
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and start-up of a siemens SST900 steam turbine
- Lead and execute loop check and commissioning phase performing the functional tests.
- Strong knowledge in field devices, instruments and actuators (servo-valves, thermo elements, transmitters etc.).
- Commissioning, set up, testing and calibration of different measuring instruments Pressure, Level, temperature, flow and water treatment related instruments PH, conductivity, Chlore and turbidity
- Loop checking, troubleshooting and Maintenance of different control pneumatic valves (Flowserve, Fisher, Drehmo, Debmla and motorized valves like ROTORK, Limitork and Auma
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of two Boilers waste heat recovery unit (HRSG).
- Work order management using MAXIMO.
- resetting and repairing faulty collectors (no movement, limit switch, KDGM, loss of communication….) of the Solar Field and Solar Vapor Generator
To ensure, without production, the putting into service of the installations intended for the realization of a given production7
- Participate in the installation of new equipment.
- Diagnose the causes of the malfunction or breakdown observed on the installation.
- Perform troubleshooting in accordance with defined operating procedures.
- Carry out checks and / or scheduled interventions in accordance with the defined operating procedures.
- Responsible with laboratory calibration and etalonnage
- Instrument installation and glanding termination from field to control panels.
- Instrument making in field as per P&ID for instrument installation
- Continuity and unsoloation testing of cables
- Instrumentation Punch List clearance
- Junctions boxes installing and connecting including glanding and terminals
- Functional testing of electrical and instrumentation equipments.
- Assist vendors in commissioning package
- HART COMUNICATOR for pre-commissioning and calibration.
- Hand pump and heater for calibration
- Pre-commissioning and Punch List Clearance of Electrical & Instrumentation Systems
Calibration and control of pressure and temperature used norms iso 17025 and iso 9001
- Good know ledge of P&ID, ILD and wiring drawing.
- Junctions boxes installing and connecting including glanding and terminals.
-Calibration check of Control Valves, Smart transmitters, Fire & Gas detectors with their Analogic / Digital alarms and trip.
- Calibration and trouble shooting for electrical and instrumentation equipments.
- Visual inspection for complete and correct installation of control panels, termination cabinets, junction boxes…Continuity and insulation testing of cables
- Pre-commissioning and Punch List Clearance of Electrical & Instrumentation Systems.
- Field instruments installation (transmitters, Gas detectors, smoke detectors).
- Functional testing of electrical and instrumentation equipments.
- Continuity and insulation tests
- Assist Vendors in commissioning Package
