Under broad direction, uses operational business knowledge to make strategic decisions and coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA) in day to day operations. Supervises the day-to-day activities of individual’s performing job/resource planning roles. Validates job proposals and reviews requirements versus available resources. Assesses service delivery requirements for each job within multiple assigned NWA's. Coordinates the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned NWA's. Utilizes technical and/or operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers. Orders equipment specific to customer specifications/job requirements. Communicates job specific details and information to appropriate service delivery and support staff. Creates Sales Orders pursuant to pre-established contracts and pricing agreements for both scheduled and call out jobs. Communicates effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities. Interfaces and works effectively with Field Service Manager counterpart pursuant to service quality, employee development, worksite safety, and process improvement processes and issues. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Job role contributes directly to value creation.
1- Following the daily operation with the customer Aramco Saudi Arabia
2- Prepare the resources Material and Personnel’s for all the wireline operations
3- Managing and the personnel (200 Employees)
4- Work on asset inventory value ( 100 millions $)
5- Prepare and follow the finance estimation revenue of the month (6 to 7 Million $ monthly).
Under broad direction, enables service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work. Reviews performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement. Promotes the use of the Halliburton Management System (HMS). Promotes and encourages safety and service quality. Monitors on-site field performance assessments (End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS)/ Key Performance Indicator review). Champions the implementation of new technology within Product Service Line (PSL). Assists employees with Human Resource Development and Human Resources issues (i-Learn, PPR). Trains, mentors, and assesses competencies of employees engaged in well site service work. Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL. Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs. Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL. Coordinates the hiring process for assigned PSL; in concert with Human Resources. Interfaces and works effectively with Service Coordinator counterpart pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues.
