• Interact with all engineering disciplines, construction project managers, and clients and Coordinate all Electrical works on site and visit sites regularly to ensure the quality of work meets specifications.
• Coordinate with the customers site engineers for the resolution of the site problems.
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
• Review and approve contractor deliverables.
• Writing Daily and Monthly Reports and giving Monthly Progress report to client.
• Ensure that all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Prepare non conformance reports to the Client and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Coordinate all installation activities with the site management.
• Assist Site Engineers in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Coordinate with the customers site engineers for the resolution of the site problems.
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
• Review and approve contractor deliverables.
• Prepare cost estimates, payment certificates for Electrical works and recommending the cost payable to sub-contractors.
• The preparation of the site inspection reports and for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations.
• Writing Daily and Monthly Reports and giving Monthly Progress report to client
Working closely with civil engineers, architects, engineering technicians and IT staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsible for estimating material, construction, and labour costs, and project
Timescales.
• Working closely with the Sales Director to prospect, pitch & close new projects.
• Organizing weekly team meetings with staff, directors and senior managers.
• Involved in the day to day management of projects
• Participation in team building and sales training events.
• Performance monitoring of account executives and account teams.
• Involved in the day to day management of subcontractor’s.
• Maintaining contact with clients - giving them regular updates.
• In charge of budgets and administration.
• Realization of the schedule of the 2000 km electrical feeder.
