-Prepare the project plan (including the risks and assumptions) and involving stakeholders key team members to review and update the plan.
-Elaborate billing plan vs budget plan
-Fulfill project contract requirement
-Follow up elaboration and approval for HLD/LLD/As built deliverables.
-Analyze cost impact following change throughout the project
-Analyze customer additional requirements and clarify scope for tender offers
-Collect project progress information and ensure consistency with the customer data, and report project progress to stakeholders.
-Analyze change reasons and track non-compliance to elaborate an action plan
-Develop a customized management rules for project implementation
-Responsible of project management tools and follow up project solution implementation
-Apply work methodology according to the project standards
-Monitor and manage subcontractors
