- Developed project drawings, High & low Voltage Single Line Diagrams (SLD). - Reviewed and approved vendor documentation for AC Generator Technical Data sheets and Capability diagram. - Review all Ac generators drawings include but not limited to General Arrangement Drawing, Foundation Loading Drawings and Foundation Fixing, Rotor Geometry Drawing, Rotor Removal Procedure Drawing with or without crane, Heat Exchanger General Arrangement Drawing, Alignment Drawing/Procedure, Center of Gravity Drawing…
- Participated in testing for AC generator (LX-E Series, Siemens, Cutler hummer…) and review the open circuit and short circuit characteristic curves and review the efficiency with ½, ¾ and full load. Determine other require tests like heat run tests, reactance testing, static tests,
- Conducted initial checks on winding resistance and insulation resistance, made adjustments to the generator control unit
- Carried out run tests and in-depth testing (quality sampling) on AC generators up to 2000kVA at different speeds and electrical loads, to ensure the machines conform to the electrical specification and retain thermal stability.

- Responsible for coordinating with project team in handling technical matters and in preparing project cost and schedule.
- Preparing the P&ID drawings, determine valves list and specification, pipes specification. Working with boiler team and modeling team to determine the normal operation for the design basis document and modeling the transient conditions ‘‘SSG start-up’’. Fellow up with transmittal’s documents and RFI for different contractors/vendors and working close to product engineering for any ECN and CCB baseline. Handle the tasks of preparing detailed scope of work and interpreting engineering drawings for the projects.
- Responsible for preparing project proposal, Project cost and delivery estimation and work schedules.
- Perform the task of evaluating vendor quotation and preparing list of material required for the project.
