• Work closely with the Lead Consultant and the client to understand requirements and document, design, build, configure and test the Workday solution
• Provide level 2 support for all HR system modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance) including, but not limited to, researching, identifying, and resolving Workday issues, unexpected results, and process flaws.
• Work alongside Regional Digital Analysts (RDAs) and in collaboration with Learning and Development globally.
• Manage ESS/MSS review security framework and assign role-based security groups
• Implement and configure Workday functional areas specifically HCM, Talent, Performance, and Compensation, Integrations, Reporting or Time and Absence modules
• Participate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configuration for new functionality or enhancements.
• Evaluate current business processes and applications to uncover areas for improvement,
• Liaise with various vendors and stakeholders to review existing processes and produce optimization strategies.
• Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Ensure existing solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Design process maps and process flows for new and existing services
• Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
• Provide on-going systems review and admin for all applications supported by the team
• Investigate and resolve application issues and log calls with solution vendors for any software faults
• Plan and organize the application release and deployment management process so that all phases are undertaken before release into production
• Install and configure software upgrades and provide on-going technical maintenance and usage support of business applications
• Understand the security threats posed by/to applications that are accessible via the internet, devising and implementing security measures
• Provide additional functionality to the business by using the appropriate tool sets to enhance third party applications and develop reports, workflows, web pages and forms and/or new small applications
• Run annual statutory reports and analysis for the SSI finance team
• Carry out high level initial assessment of the new release features and document them for farther analysis by the Application Support team and service nominated end-user testers.
• Provide a detailed assessment of the release notes with references for each feature to the initial assessment document
• Plan and coordinate the end-tests once the assessments are reviewed by the Applications support team and the services (key users)
• Provide application support and configuration for Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS and Taleo systems (onboarding & recruitment) for payroll, finance, and recruitment teams
• Liaise with corporate ICT and project teams on testing, implementation, and packaging of the latest versions of Recruitment, HR and Finance systems
• Check the interface report daily for data migration and performance analysis
• Manage data cleansing and general upkeep of the interface between recruitment, onboarding, payroll and Finance systems and third-party applications
• Managing user accounts and security profiles
• Run employee performance analysis and agency staffing reports for HR strategic leads
