Ensuring material MSDS is available and safely store and manage.
Following up the return materials inspection reports for billing.
Ensures accurate data entry in the ERP system.

Qatar Petroleum Dukhan Project.
Processing and relocating geosciences samples in core lab (QP) from Doha to Dukhan Core store.
Administrator technical teams by the created workflows as required.
Implement inventory management system (IMS) and update all data into the system.
Ensures all core samples are in place E.g.: Core Slabs, Plugs, Cuttings (wet and dry), Preserved core, etc. and at the same record all related information in to the system like core numbers, boxes, feet, depth, photograph, etc.
Maintain quality control, update and extract data from technical database and files to support surveillance and operational activities.
Ensures that technical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the technical personnel in the delivery of the specific piece of work or project.
Reviewing service levels on a continuous basis.
Excellent numerical and logical analytics skills.
