• Implemented HSE management system policy and procedures of the client SHELL / KBR.

• Regularly inspected the workplace and work equipment and made recommendations for improvements.

• Conducted Risk Assessment of hazardous waste precautionary procedure requirements.
• Observed stabilization, solidification treatment and landfilling stages of the waste.
• Monitored safety and environmental non-conformity during operations.
• Ensured regulatory requirement of Sludge treatment is to be met prior to its transfer into a Class I landfill.
• Organized and participated ENVID, HAZID and BATNEEC. Maintained effective open relationships with all relevant internal and external entities, regulatory authorities etc.
• Attended all critical issues to ensure that the services are delivered in the most effective manner.
