Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) for TVET institutions staff in technical education sector (MOE) And vocational training centers (PVTD)
- Identify and assess training needs for VET staff (MOM & MOH)
- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
- Conduct round table meetings with stakeholders to identify the main constraints and weaknesses for further training of TVET Managers, teachers and trainers.
- Conduct a research study for competencies and qualifications standards of professional master trainers to be linked to Professional Academy for Teacher (PAT) for accreditation institution.
- Conduct capacity development and coaching workshops for specific number of master trainers from TVET in (RMG - ICT - Food processing - renewable energy - agriculture - Tourism - building & construction) sectors.
- Prepare and implement a master plan to train number of teachers and trainers for the other different TVET institutions and the private sector) based on the accredited training packages from (PAT).
